How often do you recommend updating these pictures?

There is no set time that you should. I would recommend at least once every 3 months if you are doing length checks. If not, any time is a good time if you're doing different styles.

Whether you post them in Fotki or not, take frequent pics. You see your hair daily and pics are concrete proof that your hair is improving.:Flahsssss
