Hello zoya,
I've been taking FO-TI, for three months, the brand name is called 'NOW' 510mg. I purchased this, from my local health store.
If you'd prefer, try this reputable online London based, nutrition clinic/store www.nutricentre.co.uk, they sell another good quality brand called NATURES PURE, it contains 610mg, a more potent form.
I've ordered from them many times and they pride themselves in offering the best in health supplements. Since taking fo-ti my hair texture is darker, thicker and richer. It is known to reduce hair resting and shedding phase and aids in blocking DHT bad testosterone, which causes baldness in men.
