The customer service and shipping are both great. And they are moving to s.c. so faster shipping for me as i live in va.

Yes it it does- this is a nice thick and creamy conditioner and i sometimes add aloe vera to it since i have hard water here. But my natural hair absolutely loves it and responds quite well to it.

I use the castor oil and the sweet almond oil from there and i love both. I just ordered the coconut oil and the avocado butter so i will have to report on those later.
