I don't know what is the best, but I know that the 911 product is horrible. Don't waste your money on it. It has a horrible smell and does nothing to protect my hair from heat.

I just use the Fantasia IC Polisher w/ Aloe when I flat iron. Not sure if it's a heat "protectant" but the bottle says it can be used for heat styling and it makes my hair shiny without weighing it down
