Do any of you wear bangs? I am thinking about cutting a bang just to do something different. I am wondering if anyone wears one? And if so, how long is it and do you have any pictures? TIA...

I just had my stylist cut a long bang for me last week. I also wanted something different. My hair is shoulder length and she cut the bang to my ear. I wear my hair parted on the side in front, so the bang is kind of swooped to the side. Sorry I don't have any pictures.

That sounds cute... What part of your ear does it reach? I just want mine long enough to be able to put it back if I want to.

I started a thread a few months back (anyone regret cutting bangs?) when I was thinking of getting some. i ended up deciding not too, for maintenance and preserving thickness reasons. Then I read Dr. George Michaels theory that you should strive to have hair of all one length because the body likes to equalize and for some reason it made sense (there was a thread about that a while back, too). anyhow, i still think bangs look really good, just some stuff to think about...

My bang reaches to about mid ear. It is still long enough so that I can comb it back into a ponytail if I wanted to.
