For those that use Profectiv Breakfree

I used it last night and put my hair in two french braids(I was a little scared about the way it would look in the a.m.) and this morning my braidout was perfect. The waves are very defined, shiny, and soft.

I know that I will be rocking this style for awhile.

That's interesting.

All I did was take big sections of my hair and apply it from the roots all the way down the hair shaft from one side of my head to the other. It is very very soft. Did you apply it with any other product?

Hmm, sounds like your hair didn't react well to the protein in the Break Free.

there's protein in Break Free If so its ok I think I need a little anyway I apply every night though with healthy ends and seal if yu put a plastic cap on it (for like 4-6 hrs) it gets damp then take it of and its ok. I have no complaints

I love breakfree. I just started using it this month and so far it's doing what it sad it would. I used it to baggy last night and my hair feels great. I may have to try the braidout with it.

Iam so happy I saw this post. I didnt know that Profectiv has protein. Now I love it even more-this is definitely going to stay a staple for a long time!
But this learning experience shows me that I/we need to learn to do more research on products that we put in our hair. Dont just use it because of the positive reviews.

Any ladies still using this? Walmart has a jar with 100% free (4oz plus 4oz) for regular price. About 4.70. Here in my area, I pay at least 5.00 for the small 4 oz jar.

That's how much I paid for it last night. I brought the megagrowth one. I love how creamy it is and the smell is on point.

I was just about to give you ladies a heads up on this. I bought breakfree and megagrowth and I love them both. If any of you ladies like this product, you should buy it now before it's all gone!
