Is anyone using the ultramax getting the same results as the Surge 14 products. I am asking b/c I have really nappy hair and water (or such things that react like water) and my hair do not mix well together.

Hi, I notice u r looking for info. Use the search engine and type the product in. You will get a list of posts on the product. Hope that helps. I use Surge myself and I recently heard about UltraMax. If I hear anything, I'll give u a shout out. :D

I am wondering about this myself. I am using surge but it wets my hair and my hairstyle has to change. If Ultra is just as good I will switch.

I havent used it...its easier for me with cornrows to use the spray...but when im not in cornrows i would like to use something that doesnt make my hair revert....

Sweetpea,

I don't have the two new Surge products yet, so I can't really help:ohwell:

I am a Surge devotee, but the Ultra Max just doesn't have the same impact. The Ultra Max does not contain mineral oil or petrolatum so I can sometimes use it when I don't want my hair to revert. I like what I call the Surge grease, but it just doesn't compare to the Surge 14. The Ultra Max also seems to build up really fast. I really like it when I am wearing really smooth buns for the week.
