WHEN IN YOUR REGIMEN DO YOU APPLY IT AFTER DEEP CONDITION? AFTER CONDITIONER OR BEFORE? OR DO YOU DEEP CONDITION AT ALL.

I apply it right after shampooing. Leave in for about 30 mins. Rinse. Apply deep conditioner for about 15-30 mins. Rinse. Apply Leave in and go about my day.

I apply if after shampooing...and then I rinse and apply my leave-ins.

I don't deep condition at all with it.

I apply after I shampoo. Leave it on for about 30 minutes then I rinse and use my deep conditioner for 5 minutes

Same as the other ladies except I only leave it on in a steamy shower for about 7 minutes. Then I use a moisturizing condit.

I will either apply it after shampooing for 30 minutes rinse then style or apply it for 30 minutes, rinse and then use some sort of conditioner (anything from VO5 to Keracare) for 5 minutes.

After my GPB, I usually only use a leave-in conditioner. But I am considering using a moisturinzing conditioner afterwards. The GPB conditions pretty well!

I am so excited because I went to Atlanta yesterday which is about an hr from where I live and I stopped at Vitamin shoppe and bought 2 bottles of the GPB for $10.19 a piece. I can't wait to try it. I am also 8 1/2 weeks post relaxer and hope it helps.

When I used GPB, I used it after shampooing. I usually left it in overnight and washed it out, applied a leave-in and oil to my hair.
