Which conditioner out there would you suggest I use as a shampoo for my conditioner rinse? Which one cleans the best with minimum residue?

Thanks,
Chichi

Add the juice from a lemon to any conditioner and you shouldnt have a problem with buildup. Use about every five washes or once a week if washing daily. Currently I use Jason Naturals Sea Kelp but mostly for moisture... not for cleansing. Also some people like to stay away from conditioners with lots of cones because they can build up and then again some people don't have a problem with them at all... VO5 makes a clarifying conditioner as well... Ashley

Suave Tropical Coconut is good. It even leaves a little squeak to your hair and it never feels filmy or oily afterwards. You can also use a clarifying shampoo every 4th or 5th washing.

I like White Rain. Suave was like using water and some of the other conditioners have cones in them. You can do an ACV rinse to get rid of the build up. The CG books says that clarifying shampoos and conditioners can be harsh on the hair.

VO5 Kiwi Lime Squeeze! It works very well to clarify, but I only use it about twice a week and then only on the roots to avoid dryness. But it makes my hair feel clean and shiny and it costs 99 cents! I also use Apple cider vinegar rinses sometimes, but they can leave your hair smelling like a salad if you're not careful

For conditioning, I really really like Elucence moisture balancing conditioner.

It is great! I have also used Suave coconut with good results.

I use all the ones you use except the Sauve. I'd also like to add the HE Intensive Conditioning Balm...
