Hey everyone, let's keep updating this post and make a list of foods that benefit hair.

walnuts
almonds
salmon
avocados
seaweed
cheddar cheese
yogurt
granola
eggs
sunflower seeds
peanut butter
almond butter
black beans, any kind of bean
soybeans
wheat germ

I eat plenty of the bolded. My hair should be waist length. :ohwell:
 
Proteins...Chicken and Potatoes.
...YES! :yay:, coz' I love me some KFC :lachen:. Cough, cough :look:.

Water to hydrate the scalp.
Coconut helps a lot in avoiding premature graying and also hair fall.
Spinach for Iron and minerals.
Raw oats, Potato skins, Cucumber skin and Moong sprouts for Silica.
Egg yolk for B Vitamins and proteins.
Fatty Fish like Tuna and Mackerel, Flaxseeds and Pistachios for Omega 3 acids, Vitamin A, Vitamin B-6 and protein.
Yams and Sweet Potatoes for protein.
Soy Beans for proteins.
Chick Peas for Zinc and Vitamin B-6.
Whole Wheat for Silica and Iron...Weetabix, Shredded Wheat :yep:.
Oranges as Vitamin C is a big part of the development of collagen which is necessary for hair growth.

Fruit and Veg in general! ...:rolleyes: ... asparagus, broccoli :wallbash:, lettuce :wallbash:, brussel sprouts, cabbage :wallbash:, dark green leafy vegetables :wallbash:.

Chocolate...just to keep me alive :look:, :lick:. What good is healthy hair if I die from withdrawal symptoms.:grin:
