It's summer time! or at least it already feels like it... and we're all hoping for growth spurts...
Although the spurts probably WILL occur, let's help Mother Nature, you know, just in case
So, since we all want to look great, skin- and hair-wise, let's list out the foods that we should definitely eat this summer to promote long and healthy hair and great skin.
I'll start:
-Coconuts! * i read somewhere that this was hair-food. the Aphogee Keratin 2 min smells like coconuts, and it's great for skin, etc. So drink coco juice, yum*
-Tuna! *lots of protein! and omega whatever*
-Chicken! *lots of protein again*
-Veggie juice! *since we don't get the amount of veggies we need per day, why not have a glass of V8, at least 6 oz once a day?*
I wanna give others the opportunity to list their own, so i'll stop here. I need suggestions, cuz i wanna look great and have lots of NG, lol
