Foods for healthy, long hair, and great skin

It's summer time! or at least it already feels like it... and we're all hoping for growth spurts... :grin: Although the spurts probably WILL occur, let's help Mother Nature, you know, just in case :look: So, since we all want to look great, skin- and hair-wise, let's list out the foods that we should definitely eat this summer to promote long and healthy hair and great skin.

I'll start:

-Coconuts! * i read somewhere that this was hair-food. the Aphogee Keratin 2 min smells like coconuts, and it's great for skin, etc. So drink coco juice, yum*
-Tuna! *lots of protein! and omega whatever*
-Chicken! *lots of protein again*
-Veggie juice! *since we don't get the amount of veggies we need per day, why not have a glass of V8, at least 6 oz once a day?*

I wanna give others the opportunity to list their own, so i'll stop here. I need suggestions, cuz i wanna look great and have lots of NG, lol :lol:
 
boiled eggs (protein for 'healthier' hair growth)
drinking lots of water (flushes out system; for healthy skin--hair benefits too)
protein shakes, like Boost (yum; protein for 'healthier' hair growth)

in general, making healthier choices :)

Coconut oil - I use on hair and body

Carrot juice - about 5 times a week. But, I'm going to have to buy a juicer. I'm spending $5 for for freshly squeezed juice!

Flax seed oil and lots of water!
 
Yep. . . lots of water for me too, and daily eggs (I'm out right now though!)

Chicken (I'm a hot wing fanatic, great for my protein), salmon, tuna,
