I am reading this month's Oxygen Fitness magazine and they are talking about healthy foods to eat. They just happen to mention how THESE foods have an added benefit of strenthening the hair follicles or making the hair strong, shiny and silky.
Avocados - very nourishing to the hair. Enjoy slices on a turkey sandwich.
Salmon - keeps your hair silky and skin glowing
Eggs - keeps your hair follicles strong
