Has anyone used this? Did it do anything for you in terms of hair growth? Would this be best if used in conjunction with something else?

Today, I going Neal's Yard today to get some Fo ti, they have it in tincture. The herbalist wanted to know if I am under any medication, which I am not, anyway he said that I should take 1 teaspoon three times a day. It should be taken for at least two months and for a long time period, it reverses the ageing process, it is specifically for women, from the age of 12-100. About the Fo Ti in tincture form, are you taking it in water and at 3x a day how long do you think the bottle will last you?
