Flexirods????

I wanted to know exactly how to use flexirods and have my hair turn out good. I'm tired of roller setting it all the time and I just want to do something different. For those of you that have used flexirods, can you give me some pointers of how to put them in and keep them in? /images/graemlins/confused.gif TIA.
