can anyone post a link of a flex rod tutorial please . I HAVE HAD THESE THINGS FOR A WHILE AND NEVER USED THEM :perplexed. TIA
 
DLewis has one she posted a while ago. Southerntease also posted a link to a good video last month or the month before
