I actually got approached by the creator of the Superstar a few years ago.
He gave me one of the first prototypes to try..it worked really well, it's pretty much a regular ol' flat iron, with temperature settings.
The cord on that one broke after about 4 months.

So the distributor gave me a new one...I've had that for a couple of years now, and I really like it. A chi iron I was looking at didn't have a temperature setting, and I hate that...superstar's settings are a godsend, and go pretty high.
I think it's a good product.

That thing definately gets HOT...be careful! That's why I like being able to choose the temp, and not burn all my hair off!
