hi everyone ..I have this weird fetish for wigs where I can't stop buying them and I use them sometimes to give my hair a rest because I like to change my style a lot.(I have 18 by the way not counting the ones I threw away..don't tell anyone

). I gotten really good at taking good care of them, getting a good fit and wearing them so that most of the time it's very hard to tell that I have one on. Though...I'm growing out my 4a really thick hair right now and I have to go thru the thin braids, hair clips and hair net thing to get my hair down to fit properly with the wig. Anyone have any other good tips?

i have the same question. i keep buying wigs and having to retunr them b/c either they are too small or my head is too big. i even braid my hair down into small cornrows but that still does not work. i just dont know!!!!

When i wore a wig after I had surgery, i twisted my hair, in small twists, and used the wig cap so my twists would get frizzy and that seemed to work. otherwise I couldn't have gotten that wig on my head.

I just recently started to wear wigs and what I do is part my hair down the middle and put two french braids, one on each sides(like when you were a kid). The wig lays flat on my head because of the part down the middle. I then fastened the latches included on the wig to my french braid. HTH
