Ladies, I need some help. I am looking to start wearing sew ins as a protective style. The problem is I have fine hair and in the past when I would get sew ins they left my hair and ends very thin after take down. The stylist who did those sew ins years ago made the braids very small and they were very tight.
So my question is for the ladies with fine hair who have successfully used sew I. To grow out there relaxed hair.
1. How long did you leave the sew In for?
2. Were the braids very tight and small? Or were the braids bigger and looser?
3. Do you use a net to avoid the weigh od the hair?
4. How do you detangle to make sure you do not lose a massive amount of hair?
5. How so you take care of your hair while the weave is in?
6. Anything else I should know?
