It's so simple: Rinse out the conditioner in the shower. I make sure that all my hair is going in the same direction. I had no tangles, and almost no hair broke off. Everytime I wash my hair now I'll wash it in the sink, deep condition and take a short shower and rinse out the conditioner.

I haven't done it before because I have exzema, I can't be jumping in and out of the shower and drying up, but this way I only do it once. I'm happy about my "discovery". And I don't have to spend any more money on it

Yeah this is what I used to do, until I discovered a conditioner that said it could penetrate in two minutes. After I read the thread about following the directions on the conditioner bottle and getting good results I have started doing that and I am getting good results.
 
I could never wash my hair in the sink! Shower all the way for me - washing and conditioning! I learned this lesson back in high school and haven't gone back since!
