I just tried out my Runway last night. It is fabulous. My only concern is that it snags my hair. Does your Runway do the same? I need to know if it is just mine or if that's just how it is. Let me know. Thanks.

I love mine...it does not snag and it has not damaged my hair...it does a good job sealing and gets stuff done within one or two swipes...and I did not pay full price either...

I have only used it twice, but yes it does snag. Try smaller sections.

Thanks. I'm trying to figure out if I should exchange it for a new one. I think it snags on the upper and/or bottom edge??? If I keep my hair in the middle, it's cool. The snagging is annoying, but I can deal with it b/c of the awesome job it does. It leaves my hair super shiny and seals the cuticle so good.

Anyway, I'd like to read more reviews on the snagging if anyone else has some input.

I've used mine like four times and the first couple of times, I did get snag but that was because I was trying to flat iron a large section of hair. I got a flat iron comb which is perfect because it controls the amount of hair per section. Since I've been using it I haven't experienced any snagging.

Yes, i've used mine sparingly and it does snag. i found this strange since my sedu was much cheaper and glides through smoothly. Knowing it snags, i was extra careful last time i used it so i wouldnt pull out any hair. i only use it to blend my real hair in with my half wig. have been too scared to do the whole head.

Thanks, ladies. I'll probably keep this one then and be extra careful. I am guilty of using too much hair especially when I'm almost finished and just want to be done ASAP.
