Hi Ladies,
I am looking for a good ceam moisturizer. I don't want one that is too watery but is still moisturizing. I need one that I can use on my hair after it is pressed. Since my hair is natural a moisturizer that is too wet will cause my hair to revert. Any suggestions?

Thanks Ladies

I vote for Qhemet heavy amla heavy creame. Not wet but very nice and lasts all day. I also love the thier sidder tree but its a lil wetter but its still great. HTH

I love Elasta QP Recovery, its my favorite to use when my hair is freshly flat-ironed, it wont cause reversion or frizziness.

Thanks ladies. I have heard a great deal about the Aveda Universal Styling cream. Any other recommendations?

I 2nd the Amla and Olive Heavy cream. A little goes a loooong way and it won't make you revert. I've recently switched to all Qhemet products and I have the softest, most moisturized hair ever!

You also could try the Olive Cream conditioner and detangler. It's a little lighter than the heavy cream.

I still haven't found agood one for when i'm straightened, but my stylist used aveda unversal styling creme when she did it in jan and I had great results.

I like Sunsilk Hydra TLC 24/7 Creme. I just started using it 3 days ago, but I like it so far.

I love Salerm 21 too but as a leave in. It has too much protein in it for me to use it as a moisturizer.

For moisturizers I like Mizani conditioning hair dress and ORS olive oil lotion in the bottle (not the jar).

I stumbled upon a product called Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioner by SheaMoisture. I love it so far. It is very thick and creamy and contains all natural ingredients:

Shea Butter, Deionized Water, herbal complex, panthenol, centromonium chloride, glycerin, cocoa butter, aloe vera, jojoba oil and vitamin E

Co-signing with Sheamoisture Shea Butter Leave in!! IT leaves my hair very soft and moisturised!

I use a little Oyin Whipped Butter, a little Aveda USC and a little EndAll on my ends and my hair is moisterized all day with out frizz. I'm not kidding.

After I press I use Aveda's Anti-Humectant pomade. It keeps my hair shiny and moisturized without (EVER) reverting. Even though the jar is small, a little goes a very long way.

Nice & Wavy, who makes EndAll?
