She does it on straight hair. I'm not going to straighten my hair until 2013 at the earliest, but I think this look would be cute with curly hair too. Either way, I don't think my hair is long enough anymore to pull this off , but it definitely inspired me. And her hair is gorgeous!

Very cool. I don't think I have nearly enough hair to really pull off a decent size bun with enoough left out to make a bang.

That is such a neat idea! I would've never thought to do that. I might try that on roller wrapped hair. I never straighten. It'd have to be on a non-windy day. I would hate for those bangs to go flying up in the air lol

And you could do it half up and half down, which would work with shorter hair too. Or make a braid and then bun it. Or even do it with a sock bun!!
