Is it me, or is the product suppose to have these little gelly-like thing in it that is suppose to make your hair sparkle? I really don't care for that, but I still like using it, since I haven't found anything that is as thick and will work the same whay this product does. Also, what moisturizes can I use with the gel that won't make my hair look white and like I have to rewash it?
Please Help!

Yeah, it's supposed to have those jelly things in it and I don't like them either. I really haven't figured out what they are or what they do.....sometimes I have to pick them out of my hair. I would try using s-curl with it.

I tried this gel about a month and a half ago and I have to say that I am actually liking it. This product may be an essential tool in my consideration to decide whether or not to transition. I learned about it after reading Babygurl's fotki. She uses S curl No Drip I believe with it. I just use it occassionally with Care Free Curl Instant Activator (most of the time I use it by itself). I haven't experienced the flakes or the beads. However, I do like what this stuff does as far as bringing out the waves (with a good satin tie that is). I really like it.

PS. Other reasons that I like this gel is that my hair doesn't get hard and it does not leave a white looking glaze on my hair like Ampro Clear Ice.

Is that what those little bally thingies are? I only see them like if my hair has dried and I picked at it. I only keep my hair slicked back for a day or two though so it doesn't really bother me.

I liked the gel but for some reason i'm not comfortable using gel in my hair. But when i did use fantasia i used elasta qp mango butter mixed in with it, it gave me incredible hold. But whatever u do do not use B&B oil moisturizer with it, it'll be white and flaky!
