Very helpful......I guess you should not clip the rollers together because it extends the drying time? Makes sense but my hair is so heavy I have to do that.

You don't need any help. You're the rollersetting queen! I like clipping them together too. I stopped because I thought I read somewhere that it can cause breakage. Maybe someone else knows.

Maybe you can clear your cookies or try opening it using another browser.
Are you trying to open with internet explorer?

Go to tools and then click on internet options. You should then see temporary files as a choice and then the choice to delete cookies.
