Help!! I got twist (SisTwist) extensions over the weekend and I wanted to get some tips on what to put on my scalp. I have almost every product known to woman but I am not sure what to use! I want to put something that isn't heavy and doesn't collect dust and dirt but at the same keeps my scalp moisturized. Any suggestions?? Thanks!! I have Asha's Shea What??? and I was thinking of using that... thoughts???

I would switch between a water based product and oil based products along with mist such as s-curl. You want something that penetrates the hair. Maybe every other day may be good. Also, try to use the products your already have since you have so many read the labels and see what is water based and oil based. Look at the firs few ingredients :)

I use s-curl when I have extensions. It is wonderful!! Leaves your hair extremely moisturized! My album has braidout pics...I had just taken out extensions and had used s-curl the whole time I had the braids...that's how it looked when I took the braids out...

Thanks! Naptri and Star ** as I scratch my head - IT'S SO DRY!!! :crying3: ** I was thinking about using a spray. I have some spray at home but I mixed EVOO, Shea oil, carrot oil and CD's oil in it.. so maybe I will buy another bottle and use that but also use the mixed conconction once a week and the plain water based one more often!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!
