It was a pretty stupid thing to do but I fell asleep whilst cooking. Anyways, when I woke up I realised that my vits (Biotin, B-Cmplx, multi's) had all been exposed to the heat.
The tabs were warm. Should I chuck them out, are they useless know, anyone know?
