Experiencing some irritation from Surge

I've been using this on my nape only and have been very pleased with the results. I've noticed definite reduction of breakage and growth.

The problem is that my nape is getting irritated. Its a stinging sensation that is getting worse. Its really noticeable when I wash my hair.

Has anyone figured out what causes this? I hate to stop using it, but I don't want a sore scalp either.

I heard someone putting A & D ointment for some irritation that they had from the Surge product. How often do you wash your hair? When do you put the surge on our hair? How often do you use it? Are you using it in conjunction with any other products??

I was having some problem also. Flaking and itching but the growth and soft hair was just too much to give up. I started washing more often and stop using it twice a day. My problems diminished to the point that I bare notice anything. The syptoms seem to be going away.
