Ladies, i've just come to the realization that since running 4 miles approximately 4 times per week, that my hair and nails are really going strong. I've been slacking on my vitamins BIG TIME (maybe just bored with them) and my nails are the longest they've been in a very long time.

I really, really think that exercise/increased circulation may be all we need. Well, I am a month pregnant too, but I haven't even started prenatals yet.

Congratulations, the exercise helps a lot with the circulation, as you have started running, try to continue throughout your pregnancy, it will help you get back into shape faster and I agree with Peachtree get plenty of rest and spend a lot of time pampering.

Congratulations on your great news! I agree with Val and Peachtree, keep up the good work with your exercise and get lots of rest so you and your baby will be healthy (not to mention your hair and nails of course!)

That's wonderful Leshia, I'm so happy for you

Do you want a

doesn't matter right long as it's healthy!

Congrats Lwshia...yes exercise is great for the circulation. I barely remember to take a multi. Plus being pregnant inceases hair growth...I think this would happen even if you weren't on prenatal...I agree on getting your rest...and when the run gets to be too much switch to walking. Keeping fit is the key to an easy child birth quick recovery.

CONGRATULATIONS!! and thank you for remotivating me. I have been really slacking on my workouts this week. I guess I'll have to double up for the remainder of the week.

Yes, thanks ladies for the congrats. I wanted to wait until we left Korea for Washington, D.C., but this way there's a chance that I'll look somewhat human next summer if I get the pregnancy (praying for a girl, since I've got two boys) done and over with now! *laughing* I do think, along with the running and pampering, that I'll have a pretty good amount of hair to swing around in DC next summer if I keep this up!

Pebbles, don't torture me, a girl likes a glass of sparkling wine here and there!

Thanks again ladies!
