EVOO - pardon my ignorance - but what is it?...

ive been seeing rave reviews with doing EVOO????

I do a o/nite pre-shampoo treatment with heated oils. when
i wake up i just put some deep conditioner on that and go unda dryer for 15-20mins.

is that evoo?

what does evoo mean??
