Ever used ORS pak for co-wash?

I really like ORS but was wondering if it was ok to use for co-wash?

Personally I think ORS-Pak would be a lil' too much for frequent CW. It would leave product build-up I'm almost sure. A lighter conditioner would work better.

I find Motions regular conditioner works really good for me. I think some people use the cheapie Suave stuff, but I haven't tried.
