Have you ever conditioned your hair and then it felt really coated? or Apply too much oil and hair feels greasy and limp? /images/graemlins/look.gif What's a girl to do? just rewash??

When the hair feels coated, it's always a good idea to use a clarifying shampoo or an acv rinse.

When my hair feels coated by shampoo or conditioner, I immediately rinse my hair with apple cider vinegar (v. little acv to a whole lot of water). Works every time. I once made the mistake -never again!- of putting palmfulls of Indian jasmin oil in my hair /images/graemlins/barf.gif I had to wash several times to get the smell and the feel out.

Thanks so much ladies. My hair is fine textured, so sometimes, I OD by accident.

I over conditioned/ over moisturized last night. It annoying because hair becomes limp and wont style. Usually when i do that, i just put my hair up or rewash it.
