Overall the thought of leaving the hair along is a truth.
How we leave it alone could vary from person to person.
I personally need a good rinse at least a couple times a week. My scalp goes crazy is left for longer. lol.
Moisture is quite important too.

I finished my workout yesterday evening and pressed my palm against my edges - it came back wet (not damp). Of course if my 4z edges are wet they are not laying down but doing their own thing (not the most polished look) but I'm working out so I live with it. When I work up the courage I'm going to put a head full of braids (no extensions) in my hair and bun it. That's a good protective style while working out huh?
. I had bsl as a child the ends was or are sooo skinny...
the ends looked so bad. I didn't chop them off
. I dont use the flatiron unless I wanna see if i need a trim. then I put heat protective on then the flatiron ends only every 2 or 3 mos.
