I had the opportunity to apply Elugence gentle lye to someone w/ fine 3C hair type. There was no burning,allowed to stay on 20min., and smoothed very well. Her hair came out soft, straight, and thin. Would henna help with thickness? Would leaving it on maybe 10min. and 5min. smoothing help (texturizing)? Somehow I thought using a mild relaxer could never really get the hair straight.
