Is Elucence better than Keracare?

I ordered both from CurlMart yesterday. I figure since Elucence has less chemicals it might be better for my daughter (4 yrs old 3c/3b). I am so lovin the Keracare Detangling but Ive heard so many good things about Elucence.

I feel that they are with much more impressive ingredients. Keracare is filled with mineral oil, like the conditioner, oil moisturizer, etc

Thats true.. I noticed most of the Keracare products have alot of mineral oil in them. Does this affect how moisturized your hair gets with KC products?

The MB shampoo dried my hair out. The MB conditioner is OK with olive oil added. Overall, I'm not a fan of Elucence. Hopefully I'll get my Keracare any day now, so when I use them, I'll update.

I must say that it dried mine a bit too, so now I dilute it with water.

I have tried everything except for the relaxer and I love their products, especially the MB conditioner, clarifying poo, acidifying poo, and wrap setting foam.

I like the shampoo, but I love the conditioner. I use the conditioner as a leave-in and as a rollerset mix as well. I mostly use it as a second shampoo after I use a clarifying poo. I got my first order from the Elucence website (PleasantImage.com), but subsequent items I have gotten from the Hair Product Exchange forum.

I love love love all of their shampoo's, not so much the conditioner. It is good, but I prefer salerm Wheat Germ Mask, Keracare Humecto, and Affirm 5 in 1.

MB shampoo did not impress me at all. It was more drying than I would have liked, no slip and no moisture. Now the conditioner that's a different story......it's tha bomb!

I've been a dedicated Elucence user for the last two years now. I REALLY love their clarifying shampoo. It's exactly what my hair needs when I need to remove buildup without drying out my hair. I've used all of their products faithfully without ever having any adverse reactions (knock on wood )

I tried my new bottles of MB poo and conditioner last night. I much better prefer the Keracare Detangling poo as my hair responded better to it than it did to the elucence......but the CONDITIONER.....LET ME TELL YOU... I WAS IMPRESSED. The moment I put the stuff on my hair it instantly changed. I didnt even need to put leave in after I rinsed it out and it dried soft and smooth. I have CRAZY new growth even at 4.5 weeks post relaxer and my comb glided through my hair like it was nothing. NO tangles at all. ELUCENCE MB conditioner is definitely going in my collection of STAPLES!
