can I deep condition with this? I remember a thread a while back that talked about using regular conditioners as deep conditioners but I can not seem to find it right now.

Yes you can. I use this conditioner as a rinse out, deep and leave-in. Its one of my favorites and I will always have this in my staff unless it stops working for me.

I use this as a leave in and love it beyond belief. I use it less in the winter because my hair needs a heavier leave in when it's freezing (Humectress).
