How do you use this? Do you sit under the dryer twice with this and then with a moisturizing conditioner? Do you style after using it? Can you use it once a week without damaging effects?

Do you use the EMR, rinse, & then use a moisturizing conditioner?

Do you mix EMR with a moisturizing conditioner?

Do you use EMR and then style as usual?

I know someone has an answer to this. I see many of you use Elucence products.

Try experimenting a little with EMRT. I've used it as directed (with heat and nothing afterwards), followed with a moisturizing conditioner, after a moisturizing con, as a pre-treatment, mixed with other stuff...I find it to be pretty versatile.

My favorite way to use it is to apply it to dry hair, put on a plastic cap, and then do my workout on the treadmill. I always find my hair very easy to detangle afterwards when I do this. Then I shampoo and condition as normal in the shower.

I just use it whenever I feel like it--not really on a schedule. I guess a couple times per month. It is pretty light so if you have damaged/dry hair you're trying to nurse back to health, I don't think once per week would be too much. Once things are under control you probably wouldn't need to use it as often.

I applied to shampooed hair and used a heat cap. I rinsed and applied the MB conditioner as a leave in. Worked great...almost no lost hairs for the next few days. Silky and soft afterwards.
