Elucence EMRT and QP Breakage Control Serum (BCS)

Ummm, is it me or are these two things VERY similar if not the SAME thing?Both are made from wheat protein and have plant extracts (polysaccaride??).
Both have the same consitency in your hands and on your hair. PLUS smell almost the same. Both instructions said "leave on for 10-20 minutes under a dryer"...if possible. Has anybody else noticed this?

Are these two companies affiliated in some way? I guess if a person can't get EMRT they can always get BCS.

ETA: Anybody know the ingredients in the EMRT?

Yes they are affiliated...Elucence, Elasta, and there's one more that I can't think of.
