Has anybody tried this? I cannot find a good setting lotion that doesn't cause those freeze dried curls for the life of me. I'm thinking of experimenting with Elucence on my wet hair with Healthy Ends on the ends and then rolling them with or without end papers (haven't decided yet). Sounds good but my hair is finicky so it may not work.

I've tried it (because I don't use setting lotions). I only use creamy leave-ins to roller set my hair. My hair came out soft and smooth. What is the Healthy Ends product? Maybe you could put it on your hair after roller setting (this way you can see exactly how the Elucence works on your hair alone for roller setting).

Healthy Ends is made by Profectiv. It's the pink tub. I have some split ends because I noticed that I had a loose strand of hair hanging out on my shirt the other day and when I looked at it, it was a split end so I'm trying to use HE to combat the dryness on the ends.

I also used it as a dry set and I got the same results. Last night I used my faithful Miss Cool for my dry set and I must say I prefer the Elucence.

Have you ever tried foaming set lotion by KeraCare? Also The Jane Carter Solution makes one that smells really great too. I use both.
