Ladies what are your experiences with Elasta QP relaxer? How does it compare to anything else you've used (please list other brands) and please list your hair texture/type.

TIA

I have 4a type hair and I've used EQP Regular or Mild for texlaxing. Never had any probs with it. I never tried to get bone-straight with it. I'm texlaxing this weekend, but using Affirm Fiberguard.

I use elasta qp for my clients w/ sensitive skin and also it is good if you don't want bone straight hair. Its a no lye formula, I love it. Get the one in the jar not the box.

^^^Which Elasta in the jar is a no lye? All the ones I've seen are lye

Ive used the lye before and it burned the bejeebus out of my scalp.
