To be fair, haven't tried NTM's brand, but I adore Elasta Creme Conditioning Shampoo, to me its comparable to creme of nature.

I think its better than CON because you don't get that coated feeling from Elasta after a wash, haven't tried the neutrogena as its not available in the uk.:afro:

I have not tried the other brand but as of now I use Elasta qp creme conditioning shampoo. I love it my hair does not feel stripped afterwords.

Sorry OP, I just had to re QP even though I think I'm 3c/4a. I'm transitioning & I can detangle my hair with it. I love love it plus I think is sulfate free (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong)

Ive used the entire NTM line and it made my hair soft but unmanageable and frizzy but I love Elasta QP products so I would vote for it.

I'm going to go w/ Elasta on this one. The NTM didn't lather(even though it's not all about lather) as well and wasn't as conditioning or detangling.

Elasta QP! hands down. I have never tried NTM nor do I care to after trying this shampoo. I used to dread washing my hair because of tangles and dryness. But this shampoo is so smooth and creamy and leaves the hair VERY soft. Almost like a conditioner. It was that good.
