...I have two questions about this product...

1) I love eco styler but with all the humidity outside, I feel like the glycerin in this product is soaking up moisture in the air...which equals frizz for me. Has anyone been using anything to help negate the effects of glycerin? (especially those that don't like glycerine as much)

2) I was thinking about trying brown ecostyler bc it has no glycerine...does it work similar to clear or olive oil ecos tyler or does it do the notorious dried up black protein gel look?

Any answers would be greatly appreciated...

Hmm - I'm not the best person to answer this question. All I have to say is that my hair does not frizz up with the Eco Olive (green). I use it for my wash n' go. I love the olive and the clear they are the only gels that tame my frizzies. I have never tried the brown formula. Best wishes - lovely hair!

what she said

where I live is not really humid, more damp right now (which still translates to moisture in the air) and ecostyler olive works wonderfully

My hair frizzes up like crazy, but if I use the brown Ampro Prostyle gel (its similar to the Ecostyler black gel) my curls come out beautiful and my hair is frizz free all day till I wash it out.

I just started using the clear ecostyler gel and tames my short hair and frizz when I use it for my buns. Last week it was so humid here and my hair held up well, but I work indoors and drive so I may not even be the best person to respond but I did.

Thanks for the replies ladies...anyone else??

Are you washing your hair daily when using ampro?

It's humid here and the Olive Oil ecostyler works fine for the day. My hair stays flat, but is pretty soft by the end of the day/evening. It doesn't feel at all like I have gel in it after a few hours though. I'm texlaxed FYI.
