Dumb question about Steamer Bottle- Help!

Okay, I might be slow at times, but I don't think this is one of them. I just purchased the Pro-150 Steamer from LCL Beauty . But, there really wasn't any explanation on the operation of the product, let along instructions on how to put it to together. I got the assembly part down.

I know the big container is for the water, but what is the little bottle in the front use for?

The little bottle in the front I believe is to catch the condensate that collects in the hood as it rolls down.
