The only benefit I've ever reaped from dry shampoo was oil absorption; my hair/scalp didn't feel any cleaner though.
Arlana said:@sharifeh. I've tried both powder and the wet spray kind. The powder one made my scalp itch even worse..http://www.lovelyskin.com/details.asp?PID=122911&ref=gbase&gclid=CJzx8-C927cCFc9AMgod530AuQ
It just would feel all irritated and itchy afterwards and my hair didn't really feel cleaner.
I also tried a Batiste spray one and that was icky too. I think it had alcohol so I worried about it damaging my hair.
I gave up on them altogether. I would work on perfecting some kind of wash n' go or braidout/twistout style instead so you can have more scalp cleaning freedom.
