What is the difference???

I'm attempting to find out my issue. My scalp itches everyday where the hair is very short (1/2 inch to an inch). However, I am trying to determin if my scalp is itching due to growth, not diluting essential oils enough, or nerves.

Has anyone else had this problem....what did you do about it ?

BTW, my hair is tightly curled (coffee stirer size curls), naturally 3c (back) 4a (sides & front) and without any chems. I have been natural for over 10 years. I just stop pressing my hair a year and 10 month ago:woot: :yay:

Can anyone help a sista out :perplexed

dry scalp looks or feels dry... sorta has a grayish color to it, may be flaky

an itchy scalp is irritated which may cause you to scratch your scalp with your fingernails

Poohbear...

Without telling you anything you already know what I have been doing....
YOU'RE GOOD!!!!

Slowly I make an attempt to message with the balls of my fingertips. I'm hoping that this will resolve the irration issue.

Great! Make sure you check the hair products you are using to make sure they don't have any ingredients in them that may be causing an irritating scalp or a dry scalp. ;)

So what can you do for a itchy scalp?

wash your scalp more often
rinse your scalp with lemon juice
apply tea tree oil or products for itchy scalp relief

btw, what is the Bargello Regimen???
