Dry Scalp, Flaking what is it???

I have been experiencing dryness on my scalp...a bit flaky...nothing alarming but i want to use something natural, out of my kitchen cabinet for this.....

Am going to pop a nut if i have to buy another shampoo specially for dandruff...which i dont think it is....could it be the cold weather??????????

ACV helps with dandruff and yes it could just be the cold weather.Tea tree oil is also effective.

Do you know if the ACV burns....I have both here at home...so happy...am tired of buying stuff lol

It's possible that the weather is causing it. I get dry, flaky scalp depending on the climate I'm living in in the colder months. Prepooing w/ Coconut oil on your scalp helps but Neem Oil is my favorite.

I have to go buy some indian oils like neem. Where do i find that stuff in NY?

The ACV should not burn just use 1 part ACV to 3 or 4 parts water.

My scalp is dry as all get out! And it itches too.
I don't know what to do. I heard that applying product to the scalp will clog the pores. Ugg, I'm confrused, LOL!

I actually tried the coconut oil on my scalp and it helped..

Go get Lisa Akbari's book. It help me out alot with my scalp. It cost like 10-3 bucks.
