Does anybody know of a good cheap protein product with silk, collagen, and wheat protein in it. Is there such a thing? Or is it just wishful thinking?

cheap protein product: elasta QP breakage control serum (wheat starch protein). I used it the day before yesterday, thumbs up. they sell it in walgreens and walmart.

I know Hi Pro Pac has is a dirt cheap protein conditioner but i believe it has animal protein because on the ingredients it says "Hydrolyzed Protein" (I always expect the worse).

I have had the MOP protein treatment in my cabinet for a year- it didn't really do anything for my hair. I havent given it away yet so I might try it again sometime.
I bought up all of the Hipropac (for extremely damaged hair)in the city. There are still some tubes for colortreated hair out there but that stuff is one of my staples. It was one of the Best Buys in Instyle magazine years ago.

Mija, what's the difference between the color treated one and the ext. damaged hair HiProPac? I accidently got the one for color (I thought that was the only one).

I used up the color-treated tube I had so I dont know what the difference in ingriedients is. I like them both but I like the ext dmged one better. (I have 3 1/2 tubes left once I use them up I'll go snatch up the color-treated tubes-lol)
