Check out the Salon review Forum Discussion. I know of a few in Jax but I don't know the name of them. One is in OJ Park.

I just went to one two or three weeks ago near Orange Park Florida. I think the name of it was Chasm or Chism. It is located in the Pier One Import mall off of Blanding Blvd and 295. They take walk ins.
