Dominican Salon in Columbus OH..Question

I posted in the salon review site that I found a dominican salon in Columbus OH and I made an appointment to get a blow out this saturday. It should be quite an experience from what I've read from you other ladies' posts.

My question is, how long do these blowouts last before my roots revert? I will be 8 weeks post with about 1 inch of NG when I go and I am hoping that it can last at least through the weekend. I work out 3x a week too and wash 1-2x a week. Do I need to take any pre and/or post steps to ensure that I get the best results?

Mine lasted about a week but I had to refrain from working out. Keep us posted. I visit Columbus often so I may have to check it out.
