All About Me!
Has anyone ever used this, and if so, what does it do for your hair and what is it supposed to do?

Hated it! No slip, no moisture and no detangling properties(Transitioning since feb.2003/4b)

But I've only tried the Venezuelan version. The real Dominican version might be better...

I'm asking about the Dominican version, made in the Dominican. Has anyone else out there tried it?

It's a conditioner.

The Tropical products are no big deal. They are good - but the truth is if you look at the ingredients they are just cholesterol conditioners...that's how Tropical and other products are used in Dom. salons - as low level cheapie conditoners. They're nothing special.

I think a regular old cholesterol conditioner is just as good.

Ive tried Tropical avocado and aloe vera and.....its all hype.

this conditioner (as with any of the "Tropical" products Dom. or Venezuelan) are composed of mostly fatty alcohols, with aloe vera as the last ingredient.

I wouldn't break my neck to get it, but if you come in contact with it i'd try it since its cheap.
