Ladies, I think that I would like to add some Dominican products to my regimen. What are the best poo, deep cond, leave in for relaxed type 4 hair? Where do I order them from. I think Kinikakes and JenniferMD use some Dom products.

Sickbay.com or ibeauty.net.......Sickbay is much cheaper.

My favs are Nacidit Olive Oil Shampoo/Conditioner, Silicon Mix Conditioner & Lacio Lacio.

yes, i am interested too in dominican products and some sites:D
i've been trying to get my hands on the silicon mix!!

There are many Dominican Hair care products to choose from...Depending on what your needs are I'm sure you can find one for your needs.....Nacidit Olive Oil and Emergencee are Great! Also look for 10 en 1, 12 en 1....(conditioners)....Just to name a few.....here in the NYC area, the 'Doobie Spots' are big on the Salerm and Alter Ego products

have you or anyone else heard of A G Products? i heard that the dominicans use the "fast food" leave in conditioner. i did purchase that and it smells great and seems to be moisturizing. i cant really tell because i'm doing the hide your hair challenge so i put it in and bun it up (baggie) right after d.c. :p

I'm fairly new and have never been to any Dominican stylists or anything like that, so excuse my ignorance. I've just been wondering what makes the Dominican hair products so special? Do they use any special ingredients in their products?

You can also find Dominican products here: http://www.roundbrushhair.com/

I love, love, LOVE Dominican products. My favorite brands are by Nacidit and Capile. I esp. love the Avocado cream conditioner, rinse, and shampoo (by either of those brands). They leave my hair feeling really soft, silky, and conditioned.

Girl, once you go Dominican, you dont go back!

I buy all my Dom products at sickbay also.
My favorites are : Silicon Mix, Capilo Milk n Honey rinse and conditioner, Capilo Sole n Cinnamon rinse and conditioner, Tropical Milk Protein, Rysell Tropical Coconut

www.sickbay.biz is the place to get your Dominican products for a good price, and the shipping the quite reasonable as well. They have really good sales every once in a while, like the one last month when they had buy one get one free on selected products like the Silicon mix and the Miss Key 10 en 1, which are my favorite conditioners.

Dang! I don't know what to order now. The only thing for sure is the Salerm 21 and the silicon mix. Have you ladies had good results with these products. I'll have to decide on which poo, cond and leave in. I'm already overloading my hair with products but my hair loves it.

I was just on the sickbay web site. Anyone using Alter Ego. Tell me about these products please.

update: i purchased and tried the silicon mix conditioner and shampoo. the shampoo made my hair kind of dry. i'm not used to that with aveda. i had to do another poo with my sapp moss. the conditioner has a nice slip. seems like i could smell the petroleum thats in it, but it did make my hair really soft too. i didnt sit under the dryer but just left it on while i showered with a cap on. i think i would use it in the summer. why? i dunno:lachen: i just dont think its better than the aveda products i'm use to using. i recommend it though:grin:
